Barefoot is a freedom, a flavor, and a celebration. We realized that while recording this whole CD, we were barefoot and open to the music that we were creating. Our tour schedule flowed like waves around our recording sessions, and most tours landed us on beaches from Australia to Hawaii and Florida. We spent hours walking in sand and waves, picturing barefoot rhythms being danced, and melodies that ran through the grass in the sun, and smiles that were shared in moments of having fun.
